Mouse and keypad Not Working on Sony TV

I have a 46" Sony Google TV, but the mouse and keypad are not working. I hook up a wireless mouse, but i would rather use the keypad.

You can use a wireless mouse with a usb reciever plug. Mines wonks pretty.
