When I power on my Sony internet tv, it only says SONY on screen. I have tried to powering on and off, rebooting by disconnecting and alt+clt+del, but I still can't fix the issue.
* Unplug it for a couple minutes
* From the Home Screen, select Applications >Settings> About, then select Factory Data Reset.
