The Netflix app is not working after firmware update. The app gets a error message "cannot connect to Netflix, please try again or visit Netflix.com/help". There are two options "try again" "cancel". The Google TV screen becomes black after 9 seconds.
Then I do a CTRL + ALT + DEL reset and after relogging in, Netflix works perfect.

ReplyDeleteThat fix worked once. It no longer helps.

ReplyDeleteCtrl Alt Del worked YEAAAAAH
ReplyDeleteYour Netflix email address is not a google or gmail. Open a gmail email. Change your Netflix email address. Add in the gmail account on Google TV & it should fix your problem.
ReplyDeleteOr if you have Twitter. Make Netflix & Twitter email address the same. Add Twitter to Google TV & sync.
ReplyDeleteWhat if the screen is completely black? And I can't find the delete button on the remote
